The main goal of the Strength Training, Youngblood Program and High Level Throwing® Membership is to maximize each athlete’s genetic potential AND throwing potential in a safe and effective manner by providing customized, individual-based programs using various protocols and the most current up-to-date training methods and research available! The program is built on the following framework:

- Program Build Out
- Implementation
- Re-Assess/Re-Test
Simply put, we are training the body to move as efficiently as possible in order to withstand the demands of your sport, while providing the body the necessary stimulus for recovery!
Program Details
Assessments
All athletes in the Strength & Conditioning and High Level Throwing® Membership are pre-screened for potential imbalances, mobility inefficiencies or movement dysfunction.
We take Joint Measurements, Assess Strength Values and use other Special Movement Screenings to evaluate all of our athletes!
We also collect baseline testing data and a throwing assessment so athletes know their starting point and can work towards realistic goals! These measurements are necessary protocols to help track progress and give us a road map to ensure long-term health of the athlete!
Strength Training Registration Form
1-Day Youngblood Membership – $160/Month
Combo Strength & High Level Throwing® Training
- Athletes ages 9-14 years old are eligible
- Athletes will receive 1-Day of training each week
- Sessions are 1-1.5 hours in duration
We offer a 10% discount if you pay in full for a 3-month or 6-month training block.
2-Day Strength Membership – $200/Month
Athletes will receive 2 Days of training each week
- Sessions are 1-1.5 hours in duration
- Strength, Power, Speed & Agility Development
- 3-Month, 6-Month and 1-Year Commitment Options Available.
We offer a 10% discount if you pay in full for a 3-month, 6-month or 1-year training block.
3-Day Combo Membership – $250/Month
Athletes receive 3 Days of Blended Strength/HLT sessions each week
- Sessions are 1-1.5 hours in duration
- Strength, Power, Speed & Agility Development
- 3-Month, 6-Month and 1-Year Commitment Options Available.
