Sometimes Foam Rollers and Tiger Tails and Wang Doodles and Shnaz Wangers just don’t do the trick for a myofascial release. It may come down to using something more terrifying and torturous than all of these combined. I’m talking about Bar Rolling! Bar Rolling is essentially the same idea as Foam Rolling, but with a little more pressure applied to the structures. Any athlete can utilize this technique! If the Foam Rollers have stopped working for you, try Bar Rolling!
